It would depend on the intended use to determine
if 32% (Nitrox-1) or 36% (Nitrox-2) were the better choice.
32% can be used a little deeper than 36%, but at depths
between 50 and 90 feet, 36% allows more bottom time.
Of course, Nitrox certification courses cover this !
Nitrox-1 and Nitrox-2 offer a greater safety margin than air!
